JUNE Sign-ups are open

I just don't know where May went. . . . .or, for that matter, where the first 5 months of 2015 have gone!!  LOL

It is time, once again, to open up the sign-ups for the monthly Doll Quilt swap.

Guidelines are in the tab section above.

There will be a short window for sign-ups this time as I know that I will not have computer access next week.  If you wish to sign-up please do so by no later than Friday at 2;00 PM.

Partner assignments will be sent out Friday evening.

If you have not swapped with us before please provide information on the groups that you have swapped with.

By signing up you are agreeing to:

1.  Make a doll quilt according to the guidelilnes.
2.  Mail it in a timely fashion ---- the due date is by or before the last day of June.
3.  Communicate with your partner. . . . especially if there are any issues that come up.
4.  Most importantly, do the best work that you can do.  Everyone puts a bit of time into doing these quilts and it is expected that care and time will be taken by everyone.

Thank you!

Sherry

For you, Janet...

I am hoping to mail this tomorrow. Funny, I know this is the "Churn Dash" block, but now all I can see is a middle square and 4 rectangles with a dark background. It's an optical illusion!

Patchwork Plus

Just received this great little patchwork quilt from Mary in Ontario.  Love the colors.  In addition, an added surprise of the tiny yo-yo's.  Already thinking about where to use these little gems.  Mary thank you so very much for the wonderful patchwork it already has a special place on a tabletop as a candle keeper.  Jan

Butterflies are the sign of summer and your little quilt has lots of summer going on.  The theme this month was "If I Were a Quilt".  Well my answer is a little bit of everything--patchwork, applique, embellishments, and one of a kind.  So Mary hope this will be a "one of a kind" addition to your doll quilt collection.  Will be in the mail it the next couple of days.
