Well the top is together and I have the binding cut I just need to get it quilted. The white check like print is the binding.

My May Quilt from Vickie

This beauty made my day! The lovely greens and the matchign yellows and the blues and flowers so sunny and springy and well happy. And all the hand quilting and the hexagon shape and well everything. Oh and I'm going to cook "American" now - Vickie send me some salt from Utah, and there is hardly any dish that's not getting at least a tad of salt. Thanks again for the lovely quilt Vickie!

My Adorable "For The Birds" Quilt From Barbara!!!

I received the cutest quilt in the mail yesterday from Barbara!!! Just adorable. I just love it!!!
This is so very cute!!! Thank-you so much, Barbara. We decided to just surprise one another and I am just so happy!!! I hope you will enjoy your quilt as well as I do mine. Your quilt will go out early next week!! I have been running to doctor for tests and off to more today so will
finish up over the weekend!!! Thanks so very much again, I am loving this little beauty!!!!

Just perfect!

Love It!!!

The Doll Quilt from Julianne is just perfect...even down to the little flags, as my quilt shop when my sis and I had one was called Old Glory....and our cabin is like a barn....so she did very good!!  Thank you so much for all your work Julianne!!!....  I can never decide what pics are the best, have to use my Iphone at this point.....the roses?....they are just so awesome this year!!....had to share.....Be safe....anyone in the storms coming?....it just keeps giving!!......Quilted Blessings!! I have a terrible confession to make.  I just mailed off Roberta's June quilt......and I forgot to take a photo of it!   I'm hoping that she will post a photo when it reaches New York all the way from the Northern CA coast.

And since we're deep in TRUE CONFESSIONS, Roberta and I had a hard time with the whole Theme of Fantasy.  Perhaps it's that we are just too practical or unimaginative, but we couldn't come up with ideas for the theme.  And that is when it got all too weird for some of you.  We chose not to do Doll Quilts (oh, my!).  I know, I know (hanging my head in shame.....) the Doll Quilt Swap Quilt Police are hot on our trails....we were rebellious. We made each other .....dare I say it.....(ashamed, oh so very ashamed at my insubordinate behavior)...we made each other tablerunners.

It was fun, I used a new-to-me ruler/template to make the blocks and loved playing with Roberta's color palette.  

My April Quilt From Terry

I am posting this to show Terry that I used the Happy Birthday quilt from her (from April) today. We had a family gathering and celebrated a birthday, a graduation, and two anniversaries. The quilt was perfect. This is my great-nephew being a walking quilt... and you can see above him where I posted the Celebration quilt. Thanks again, Terry! Just wanted you to see that I'm putting it to use!
